When in use, the ink wheel is installed in the main shaft of the ink wheel of the hot coding machine. Turn on the power to rotate the ink wheel and turn on the electric heating switch to adjust the temperature of the coding machine to 110ºC, preheat for 15-20 minutes, and print after the ink wheel is completely melted. Increase the temperature by 10ºC for printing every 50,000 times, up to 150ºC.
